Who this covers

Range operators who request or use Range Connect, staff invited to a desk, and members who create accounts or use a range's member app.

Information we collect

• Get-started inquiries: range name, contact name, email, optional phone/location, member-count estimate, plan interest, and message.
• Accounts: email and authentication data via our auth provider (Supabase).
• Range operations data: membership profiles, check-ins, waivers, lanes, rentals, classes, bookings, practice logs/photos, and audit events that staff or members enter for their range.
• Technical data: standard server logs, IP-based rate limits, and device/browser signals needed to run the PWA.

How we use it

• Respond to range inquiries and provision tenants
• Operate membership, desk, and floor features for each range
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Communicate about access, invites, and service changes

We do not sell personal information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer id and, for a range subscription, the card's last four digits. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.

Per-range isolation

Operational data is scoped to the range tenant. Staff and members of one range do not see another range's desk or membership records by design.

QuickBooks Online

On plans that include it, the range owner can connect that range's own QuickBooks Online company. We request the accounting scope only. We store the company id, the company name, and the OAuth tokens. Tokens are encrypted before they are written, and they are not written to logs. We use them to read the company name and chart lists, and to create sales receipts, refund receipts, and deposits for that range's Stripe charges, refunds, and payouts.

Staff of that range can see connection status, mappings, and the sync log. Another range cannot. Disconnecting in Range Connect revokes the login with Intuit and deletes the stored tokens. Disconnecting inside QuickBooks stops the sync until the owner connects again. See QuickBooks Online.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to host the app, database, auth, and photo storage (for example Cloudflare and Supabase). They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

Retention

We keep inquiry and account data while your relationship with Range Connect is active and as needed for security, backups, and legal obligations. Ranges may ask us to update or remove operator contact details; membership records are managed by the range's staff.

Your choices

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
