Terms of Service

The Service

Range Connect is software for range operators and their staff and members: membership desk tools, check-in, floor operations (on applicable plans), and a member PWA. First market release is the installable web app. Native App Store distribution is optional and not required to use the Service.

Accounts and roles

• Operators provision ranges and invite staff after we accept an inquiry or agreement.
• Staff run the desk for their assigned range only.
• Members use the member app for the range that holds their membership.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Plans and billing

Public list prices appear on /pricing. Paid plans can be purchased through Stripe Checkout. Card details are collected by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Member charges a range takes through the Service are also processed by Stripe and belong to that range.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service (including attempts to access another range's data, disrupt the platform, scrape without permission, or upload unlawful content). We may suspend access that threatens security or other customers.

QuickBooks Online

If you connect a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize Range Connect to use the accounting access you grant for that range only: to read the company name and lists needed for mapping, and to create sales receipts, refund receipts, and deposits from that range's Stripe activity. You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting revokes that login with Intuit and deletes the tokens we stored. The books in QuickBooks are yours. See QuickBooks Online.

Your data

Ranges own their operational membership and desk data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Range Connect is an operations tool — it does not replace your range's legal, safety, or compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or zero if none).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
