QuickBooks Online

One company per range
Each range connects its own QuickBooks Online company. Range Connect does not post that range's books to a shared company, and another range cannot see the connection.
What syncs
- A successful Stripe charge becomes a sales receipt.
- A refund becomes a refund receipt.
- A Stripe payout becomes a deposit into the bank account the range maps.
The accounting scope is the only QuickBooks scope requested. Payments and payroll are not requested. Card numbers are not stored here; Stripe handles card payments.
Who can connect
The range owner connects or disconnects from Settings, on plans that include QuickBooks. Staff on that range can see status, mappings, and the sync log. They cannot connect, disconnect, or change mappings.
Disconnect
Disconnecting in Range Connect revokes the QuickBooks login with Intuit and deletes the saved tokens. Disconnecting inside QuickBooks stops the sync until the owner connects again.
